Orders to Canada may require an additional fee. You will be contacted if any additional charges are applicable. Orders for $25.00 or less will be charged a $10.00 Shipping Fee. All orders with shipping preference other than standard ground shipping will include additional shipping charges. Saturday delivery not available in all areas. An additional $20.00 surcharge will be applied to orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is available to United States and Canadian Addresses Only. International shipping is not available. Shipping address must be a residential or business address. We will not ship to a PO Box.WarrantiesAll products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty and no other warranty is offered by the seller. The manufacturerÕs warranty begins on the date of the original shipment to the buyer. Defective products will be handled by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty is contingent upon the proper use of the hardware and/or software in accordance with the instructions and specifications published by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty is void as to any products that have been repaired or modified by persons other than those authorized representatives of the manufacturer or which have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident at the hands of the buyer.ReturnsNo returns are allowed on software and consumables. All sales on software and consumable items are final. All hardware returns must be pre-approved. Please request a Return-Merchandise-Authorization (RMA) number by email stating the reason for return before returning any items. All RETURNS & EXCHANGES are subject to 15% shipping and handling fee except manufacturer certified defective items. Please be sure to double-check the items being selected prior to placing orders. Item returned must not be opened, used or tampered. The returned item must be in its original packaging. If a product shows signs that the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may be denied resulting in shipment of the product back to the customer. Freight charges are not refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days after delivery. Shipping cost for return is the sole responsibility of the buyer No returns are accepted on software and consumables. Exchange for software and consumables will be accepted for defective merchandise only and will be replaced with identical product.
