We will provide 1 hour of free first-time installation telephone support during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST) on any Microsoft Retail Management System software or RMS-compatible hardware product purchased from us. We want to make sure our customers are able to realize the benefits of using Microsoft RMS as soon as possible.
Our customers can be assured that they will have the support they need when they need it.
Telephone and Internet-based Support
You can pre-purchase a Support Ticket through our online store for added convenience.
We offer telephone and Internet-based support on a per-incident basis. The cost of an incident is $25.00 per incident up to 15 minutes and $18.75 per each additional 15 minutes billed in 15 minute increments. We require a valid credit card to open a support incident. Your credit card will be billed at the end of your support call. This alternative provides the assurance of having an expert work with you directly on the issue at-hand to solve your problem efficiently and effectively.
Onsite Support and Installation
We offer onsite support and installation at $75.00 per hour.
We realize there are times where telephone or web assistance are not enough. Choose this option when onsite support is required for an issue or you just want the peace of mind knowing an expert is onsite. If you are more than 45 miles away from our office, you will be responsible for travel, meals, and lodging expenses if applicable. Travel time is billed at 1/2 of our onsite support hourly rate.
